Since its creation, the deployment of the GEP Group is divided into several stages:
- Construction of power plants on behalf of third party investors: two solar PV plants of Marottières and Veules-les-Roses and four wind farms of Montbray & Margueray, La Guenelle, La Voie Romaine and Tramomarina, or a total of 83 MW built and sold to various third-party investors.
- The construction of power plants for its own account and resale to a third party investor once the plants are in operation: Wind farms of Vallée du Don and Seuil Mont Laurent (with a respective capacity of 10 MW), both built, connected and sold in 2016 to the German fund LHI.
- Following the acquisition of the business assets of SENERGIES in 2015, internalization of the construction of wind and PV plants in France
- Following the partnership with the Portuguese Jayme da Costa, carrying out power plant construction sites both in France and abroad
Concerning photovoltaics, GEP carries out all the tasks of a plant's value chain: development, sizing, optimization, execution studies, financing, construction, operation and maintenance.
Concerning wind energy, GEP also carries out all the missions in the value chain, namely development, design, optimization, execution studies, financing, construction, installation of turbines, operation and maintenance.
