Global EcoPower (GEP) is a constructor of power plants using renewable energies, listed on the Alternext Paris market (ALGEP/FR 0011289198).
Until mid-2014, GLOBAL ECOPOWER identified, selected and made acquire by its clients "pre-construction" projects with construction rights and permissions: “turnkey” construction of power plants.
Since mid-2014, GEP acquires the rights, implements the financing, builds and connects the plants to the grid before selling them, while continuing their operation (O & M) on behalf of third-party investors.
Since recently, GEP is also involved in the construction of power plants in the framework of international consultations, in whole or in work packages and in the development of wind and PV projects with the aim of holding a portfolio of projects of 1,000 MW by end of 2019.
Since 2016, GEP has reached an agreement with a fund dedicated to energy transition. GEP will be able to finance and build the plants in order to keep them or sell them.
