The European Union has decided to strongly support the "green sector" and, the European Parliament has adopted the "Energy-Climate package". The objectives, to be achieved by 2020, set by the European Community State Members, called the "Triple 20", are the following :20% of the European Union's energy to be supplied by renewable energy, reduction by 20% of greenhouse gas emissions, and energy efficiency to be increased by 20%.
In order to reach the first 20% objective, the segment of renewable energy included in electricity production will increase from 15% to 35% in the period to 2020. This dramatic increase will lead to the acceleration of development of photovoltaic production.
Global EcoPower proposes to build and run power stations for the production of green electricity, taking full advantage of its founder's experience and within the framework of an activity "supported" by the different European Community State Members.
Global EcoPower has also decided to integrate as many processes as possible: land prospecting, technical studies for optimising the plants, financial engineering, technical engineering (authorisations, written documents, calls for tender and organisation), piloting and monitoring operations, as well as maintenance of the plants.
